Cancellations:

Before Acceptance: You can cancel any booking free of charge before the service provider accepts it. To cancel, simply go to your booking details in the Abinnu SSD app and select "Cancel Booking." You will receive a full refund for advance bookings if the provider has not yet accepted your request.

Provider Unavailability: If the service provider is unable to attend your scheduled appointment due to unforeseen circumstances, they can decline the booking. You will either be offered a new appointment or a full refund, with no cancellation fee applied (for advance bookings).
Refunds:
Refunds will be processed into your account wallet for advance booking services. The following situations are not eligible for a full refund:
- The provider has not accepted your booking before you cancel.
- The service was completed as described but did not meet your satisfaction.
- Minor inconveniences or delays during the service.
- Changes to the service scope after the provider's arrival, which may incur additional charges.
